Lesson Terms & Conditions

Welcome to my tutoring classes! Please read these terms carefully before booking.
They help ensure a smooth learning experience for both of us — built on respect, time commitment, and clear communication.
1. Free Trial Lesson
New students may book a 30-minute free introductory session.
The purpose of this lesson is to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and explain my teaching methods.
After this session, students can choose to book regular lessons.
2. Regular Lessons
Standard classes are usually held 3 times per week, but can be customized based on your learning pace and schedule.
Lessons are conducted one-on-one, online via a video platform (Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet).
Lesson length and frequency can be adjusted according to your progress and availability.
3. Booking & Payments
All bookings must be made through the official booking page on this website.
Payments for lessons are required in advance to confirm your booking.
You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is complete.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson will be charged in full and cannot be refunded.
Frequent cancellations may affect your lesson schedule availability.
5. Attendance & Commitment
Consistency is key to learning. Regular attendance helps you make the best progress.
If you are late to a session, the time will be counted from the scheduled start time.
Learning a language requires dedication — please treat each class as an important commitment.
6. Technical Requirements
Lessons require a stable internet connection, a microphone, and preferably a camera.
If technical issues occur on the teacher’s side, the class will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
If issues occur on the student’s side, the lost time may not be compensated.
7. Learning Materials
Learning materials may include worksheets, PDFs, or videos, which can be downloaded or purchased from the website.
All materials are for personal learning use only and may not be shared or reproduced without permission.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are available only in exceptional cases (e.g., long-term illness) and at the teacher’s discretion.
Unused prepaid lessons can be credited toward future bookings.
9. Privacy
All personal information shared (such as name, email, or contact details) will remain confidential and used only for class communication.
10. Agreement
By booking a class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
